Ray Withers is also a founding director of Property
Frontiers. Since graduating from Warwick University,
Ray has spent most of his career working with
real estate developers in Eastern Europe, the
Middle and Far Eastern markets, particularly focusing
on developing investment vehicles to appeal to
international investors. Ray is also a board member
of the new industry body, the Association of International
